AI prototypes with a human sense of rhythm
I design and build practical AI tools that turn messy workflows into calm, usable systems.
About
Messy is the default. Calm is the design goal.
Most AI tools are demos that got promoted. I build the other kind: small, focused systems that sit inside a real workflow and make it feel lighter — legible outputs, honest uncertainty, and an interface you can trust without reading the docs.
I work end to end, from the first sketch of a problem to the eval harness that proves the model change was an improvement. If it can't be shipped, maintained, and understood by the team that inherits it, it isn't finished.

Selected work
-
01
Briefsmith
Turns scattered notes into polished project briefs — structure, scope, and open questions, pulled from whatever you already wrote.
-
02
Dataset Garden
Helps teams clean, label, and explore small datasets — a calm bench for the data stage where most projects quietly die.
-
03
Meeting Lens
Summarizes calls into decisions, risks, and next actions — so the meeting ends when the people leave, not when someone writes the notes.
Case studies on request — most of the work ships inside the clients' walls.
Capabilities
- AI product design
From fuzzy problem to a shippable spec, with the human flow at the center.
- LLM pipelines
Retrieval, agents, and fine-tuned models wired into real product paths.
- Evals & quality
Small, sharp eval harnesses, so model changes are provable — not vibes.
- Prompt systems
Versioned, tested, documented. Prompts treated as code, not folklore.
- Data shaping
Turning small, messy datasets into clean, labelable, usable material.
- Prototypes
Working prototypes in days — not decks — so the team can feel the product.
- Human–AI UX
Interfaces that make the model feel calm, legible, and trustworthy.
- Delivery
Private repos, clear docs, and a handoff your team can actually maintain.
